Follow this process if a customer mentions that they are missing their flight information.
1. Go to Perseus and click on the Operations Tab to review the booking components.
2. Identify whether the flights will be booked by Inspiring Vacations (IV) or a third-party supplier.
3. If flights have not yet been booked, inform the customer that our Flights Team is working on it and they will be updated shortly.
No follow-up with the Flights Team is required.
