We all know that final documentation will become available to the customers approximately 21-30 days prior to departure as stated in the IV terms and conditions.
Please ensure we mention this timeframe during the call to set proper expectation and to avoid consistent follow up calls from the customers within this timeframe.
If customers are requesting to have the confirmed first and last hotels booked for them, we can request it to MEL CS by having it escalated to them. Kindly follow the process HERE.
