• Task will be triggered from 14 days prior to departure to now 25 days prior sailing date

 •  The web check-in reminder email will now be automatically sent to the passenger at the same time the check-in portal becomes available.

 •  If customers do not complete the check-in, the Cruise Ops team will manually follow up with an email using a supplier-specific template.

Important: Cruise suppliers do not issue travel documentation until the customer has completed web check-in. 

OPS Team have updated the template to include the sailing date and confirmation that the passengers have completed the web check-in:

     "If you could please reply to this email to let us know once you have successfully completed your web check-in, that would be greatly appreciated. We will then be able to proceed with issuing your travel documentation."

• Please also note that for the manual template names that are being sent by Ops Cruise agents, if they fail to receive an update that the customer has completed their web check-in:

    • RCL Check-in reminder

    • Holland America Cruise - Check In

    • Celebrity Cruise - Check In

    • MSC Check-in

    • Emerald Cruise Check-in

 For Princess Cruise, we have no available sample manual email template to share. However, this will be raised with Mel Ops.

All of the cruise booking documentation will be available 14 days before the Sailing Date. 

• Since the cruise document release is based on the sailing date,  MNL CS should inform the customer that the cruise documents will be available on the Traveller Hub.

• After the Land Component final documents are released, OPS Team will send a follow-up email confirming that the cruise documents will be available 14 days before the sailing date.

• Please note: Because of this timeline, cruise documents may be released while the customer is already on tour.
  For example, if the cruise starts on Day 16 of the tour, the documents will be released on Day 2 and can be accessed via the Traveller Hub.
