We all know that some of our tour packages offer cruise upgrades. It is important for us to know when will be the cruise cabin upgrade will be booked by Operations Team.
If you received a call, customer is following up for the confirmation of the booking, or you were assigned to a task following up for payments for outstanding balance and cruise component has not yet been booked, please follow the below steps:
VERIFY BOOKING DETAILS:
Check if the booking includes a cruise component or if there is a request for a cruise cabin upgrade.
CREATE A TASK FOR THE OPERATIONS TEAM:
If the cruise booking or cabin upgrade has not been processed within 14 days from the booking creation date, raise a task to the Operations Team.
