1. ACCESS HUBSPOT:
Go to HubSpot and search for the ticket from the Flights Team.
Click the ticket link to view the details.
2. CHECK THE DOCUMENT:
Locate the airline reference number for the other legs of the flight.
3. INFORM THE PASSENGER:
Provide them with the correct reference number.
Advise them to manage their booking directly on the airline's website using the provided reference number.
