Every Monday, TL Jasmin of Flights Team is sending through email flight details on which month currently they are working in booking the flights for our customers.
Please always refer to the flight ticketing update being forwarded and discussed to you by your TL.

If customers followed up for their flight details and they are departing based on the month flights team are currently working on:
No need for CS agents to create a task to flights team for follow up. They just need to set proper expectation.
(eg: Customer's departure is on October and flights team are currently working on October).
If customers followed up for their flights with departure dates from the previous month flights team has already completed working on:
CS agents needs to create a task to the flights team.
(eg: Customer's departure is on September and flights team are now working on October departure).
