A schedule change in airlines is any modification to a confirmed flight, such as time, route, or aircraft changes.

This will provide vision to CS once they receive a call concerning the flight schedule change.
PNR CHECKING FUNCTIONALITY
Agents can input the PNR into the checker to retrieve the booking history and track changes.
The following details will be displayed:
✈ Booking history, including all schedule change instances
👤 Current agent handling the schedule changes
⏳ Status of schedule changes for the booking
STATUS CATEGORIES
The most recent date and status will be the primary reference.
There are two possible statuses:
Resolved – The consultant has successfully managed the schedule change and issued a new ticket.
In Progress – The consultant is still working on the file.
ADDITIONAL INFORMATION
Queue Representation: The airline update inbox for schedule changes is found under Q7.
Daily Updates: The Flights Team updates the files daily.
The resolution that will be provided is below:
"We apologize for any inconvenience this change may cause
Our Flights Team is aware of this schedule change and they are actively working your file.
Our team will get in touch with you once we received a communication from the airline."
Note: If there are any schedule changes that have not been resolved within 7 days, kindly escalate to OM David.
