In relation to online flight consultation, Flights Team are sending this information to the customers together with the flight portal invite.
HOW CUSTOMERS SCHEDULE A CALL WITH FLIGHTS SPECIALIST?
Customers can view the scheduling page and set up a time to speak with the Flights Team.
Available times are based on the agent's Google Calendar, considering existing meetings and agent availability.
The agent will call the customer to discuss their flight booking, typically for Land Only passengers wanting to make a booking.
A meeting link is sent to Land Only customers along with the Flight Portal invite.
NOTE: Currently, no one is proactively sending the link to customers—callback requests can be made via the CS or Flights Team.
