Why we're turning it off: Entry requirements into Cuba is complex for AU/NZ passengers as they cannot go via USA. It's a better customer experience to get a tailored quote
5 STANS LAND ONLY PACKAGES - ALL STORES
Why we're turning it off: Entry requirements are also complex, flight routing does not appear in the portal due to technical configurations
Customers will now get an email from the flight team after their tour is confirmed offering flight assistance.
CS does not need to raise a task to complete a preference form. When a customer replies to the below email, the flight team will provide a quote to the passengers.
CS will be able to identify these products on the website where it says "✈ Needing international airfares to accompany your Inspiring Vacation? Please contact our team to discuss your options"
