To ensure transparency and accuracy when discussing fees with clients, follow these steps:
CHECKING THE PACKAGE PRICE ON THE WEBSITE
1. Navigate to the Package Page
Go to the Inspiring Vacations website and select the desired tour package.
2. Check Availability and Pricing
Click on the "Availability" Tab to view:
Departure dates
Package prices
1. Search for the Booking
Use the search bar in Perseus to find the specific booking.
2. Open the Booking Details
Go to the Bookings Tab.
Click the "View" button next to the booking.
This will redirect you to the Edit Order Page.
3. Select a New Departure Date
On the Edit Product Page, click on the "Dates" Tab.
Search for the customer’s preferred new departure date.
Take note of the season, as it may affect pricing.
4. Check the base price.
Go to the Pricing section and look for the Comparison Price.
The Comparison Price represents the base price per person.
5. Review the Seasonal Charge
On the same page, refer to the Season section to identify the seasonal charge.
When the departure date is updated, the extra charge should be reflected in the Management Tab automatically.
