All changes will incur a change fee of $75 per person in addition to any further charges resulting from the request.
ADDITIONAL CHARGES FOR DATE CHANGES
If the new departure date has a higher price than the original one:
The customer must pay the price difference in addition to the IV Fee of $75 per person.
INVOICE ADJUSTMENT
For Fully Paid Bookings:
The additional amount will be added to the existing invoice.
For Partially Paid Bookings:
The invoice will be adjusted to reflect the new package price.
HANDLING REFUNDS FOR DATE CHANGES
LOWER PACKAGE PRICE ADJUSTMENT
If the new package price is lower than the original price:
A refund may be applicable for the difference.
Refund Process for Fully Paid Bookings
If the booking has been fully paid, a manual refund task must be created.
Task Creation for Finance Team
Submit a refund request to the Finance Team by:
Creating a manual refund task in the system.
Including the booking reference number and price difference details.
