Customers are now eligible to receive a credit instead of a strict no-refund policy.

A credit will be provided for future use.
DEDUCTIONS FOR THIRD-PARTY COSTS
Applicable costs from airlines, cruise operators, tour operators, and merchant fees will be deducted from the credit amount.
DEDUCTIONS FOR INSPIRING VACATIONS FEES
Fees (not operational costs) charged by Inspiring Vacations will also be deducted.
