A voluntary cancellation occurs when the customer decides to cancel for personal reasons. It typically involves cancellation fees and the customer taking responsibility for their own arrangements if the cancellation happens after the tour has started.

The refund and credit policy has been updated.
ELIMINATION OF "NO REFUND, NO CREDIT" RULE
Customers are now eligible to receive a credit instead of a strict no-refund policy.
CREDIT ISSUANCE
A credit will be provided for future use.
DEDUCTIONS FOR THIRD-PARTY COSTS
Applicable costs from airlines, cruise operators, tour operators, and merchant fees will be deducted from the credit amount.
DEDUCTIONS FOR INSPIRING VACATIONS FEES
Fees (not operational costs) charged by Inspiring Vacations will also be deducted.
