This page will serve as your guide how to process cancellation requests outside the cooling-off period.
POLICY & PROCESS UPDATE
Customer requests to cancel their booking outside 70 days prior to departure.
SEND CANCELLATION FORM
Manually send the Cancellation - Form to be Completed template for the customer to fill out.
UPDATE BOOKING STATUS
Change the booking status in Perseus to Cancellation Pending.
AUTOMATION PROCESS
Automation will update the Cancellation Pending status on the left-hand side (LHS) of HubSpot to Cancellation Form Sent.
NO FURTHER ACTIONS REQUIRED (NFAR)
Wait until a trigger is received before taking further action.
