Flight cancellations are subject to the airline's terms and conditions, and any applicable fees will be determined based on the specific flight booking.
PROCESS
If a customer cancels a flight, the following policies apply:
NON-REFUNDABLE FLIGHTS
Most flights booked through Inspiring Vacations are non-refundable.
Cancellation fees may apply based on the airline’s policy and fare type.
CHANGES OR CANCELLATIONS PRIOR TO DEPARTURE
Travelers who cancel their flight before departure will be subject to the airline’s cancellation fees, which may vary based on the timing and fare class.
Refunds (if applicable) will be processed after deducting penalties and charges.
FLIGHT CANCELLATION DUE TO FORCE MAJEURE
If a flight is canceled due to events beyond our control (e.g., natural disasters, government restrictions), alternative options or refunds may be provided.
Refund eligibility depends on the airline’s policy and availability.
