Be sure to use the correct line (Existing Booking IVR 2) when doing an outbound call
Be sure to check your AirCall that you will be using Existing Bookings (IVR 2)
Do not use Outbound IVR.
Go to AirCall and click on Keypad
2. Click on the down arrow as shown:
3. From the list, look for Existing Booking (IVR 2) and click on the three dots:
4. Click Set as Default
