Visit the Inspiring Vacations Website

• Go to www.inspiringvacations.com.

• Use the search bar or browse through available tour packages by destination or travel style.

Select Your Desired Tour

• Click on the tour package that interests you.

• Review the Package Overview, itinerary, inclusions, exclusions, and pricing details.

• Choose your departure date and number of travelers.

Click the "Book Now" Button

• After selecting the tour, click "Book Now" to proceed.

• A booking summary page will appear, displaying your selected package, departure date, price, and available upgrades (if any).

Select Payment Option, Review and Confirm Booking

• Check all entered details carefully.

• Agree to the Terms & Conditions before finalizing.

• Click "Confirm & Pay" to complete the booking.

• Enter your payment details and proceed with payment.

Receive Booking Confirmation

• You will receive a confirmation email with:

  • Booking reference number

  • Payment receipt

  • Next steps and travel documentation details

• If payment is pending (e.g., for direct deposits), further instructions will be provided.

Enter Traveler Details

• Once processed, you will be directed to complete a Traveler Booking Form via your Traveler Hub. We kindly ask that this form be completed as soon as possible to allow our team to fulfill your arrangements. 

• Fill in the required traveler information, including:

• Full name (as per passport)

• Contact details (email & phone number)

• Special requests (if applicable)

• Ensure all details are accurate to avoid booking issues.
