This document outlines procedures to ensure that booking information is only shared with authorized individuals, including passengers in the booking and designated travel agents.

NOTE:
Travel agent bookings can now be accessed by other travel agents within the same company. No authorization needed.
Travel agent who is part of a different company still needs the authorization from the original travel agency if they wish to transfer the ownership of the booking.
Customers in a linked booking who are requesting for information/change of the 2nd booking, CS can do the following:
CS can share information about the other booking as long as it is not related to pricing as they may have purchased the tour with a difference in pricing.
If the customer would like to request for a change for the other booking, CS has to get the authorization first from the lead passenger of the other booking before processing the change.

Just a reminder to always verify the customer's complete name including the last name.
