Here’s what you need to know how to update dietary or medical requirements for allotment bookings.
If a dietary or medical requirement is being updated outside of 75 days prior to travel for allotment bookings, please add this information to the appropriate field on the passenger booking form. Do not add these details to special requests or additional arrangements.
For example, if a customer notifies you of a need for a CPAP machine outside of the 75-day window, this should go on the medical requirements field of the passenger form.
If you have concerns about whether a specific dietary or medical requirement can be met, please direct your questions to the Product Manager for the best advice.
Anything inside 75 days of departure for allotment tours, please raise the task to OPS MEL but this information should be already captured very early on in the booking journey
