• The ticket or voucher provided by the supplier and uploaded in BE as (STC E-Ticket: P2P/SHFC) file name will be enough/sufficient for them for boarding. 

• As per the supplier, a QR code is not recommended since this sometimes won’t work. 

• Seats are automatically placed next to each other as per the supplier on the first request or when they receive the booking form. We can notify them of further requests. 

• Luggage can be either kept at the hotel (they can speak to the hotel directly regarding this) or luggage lockers are also available around Switzerland.

• Both cards are needed for their whole train journey. 

• However, the half fare card is valid for the whole month, meanwhile, the full fare card is only valid for one day (Example: Zurich airport to Zurich HB. Hence, a point-to-point ticket)

• Half fare cards can be used to travel to destinations beyond those included in the itinerary as long as they bought additional full fare cards independently.
