Change request within 70 days:
If within 70 days of departure, it cannot be changed. Allotment for properties has been released and naming lists have been sent .
Change Request from Twin Share to two single rooms outside of 70 days but on a sold out tour:
This cannot be done as there are no more rooms available.

Please raise to MEL CS to action via escalations.
