1. Open the customer's order in Perseus and click on the 'Passengers' tab.
2. In this section, at the bottom of each traveller, you will see a green 'add insurance' button
3. Click this button and select 'yes' under the 'Has Insurance' dropdown
4. Complete the provider name, policy number and Provider Emergency Contact phone.
5. Ensure all information has been entered correctly, then click Save.
6. We do not, at any point, tick NO to insurance. This infers that the customer has chosen not to take out any travel insurance. If this is the case, the customer must do this via their Traveller Hub to acknowledge they understand the risks of travelling without it.
