Follow the process below for any requests to upgrade/downgrade the rail cabin

For any requests to upgrade or downgrade the rail cabin, customers must submit a FORM.
1. CS must use the template "CS Qns - Cruise / Rail - Upgrade/Downgrade request".
2. Cruise/rail upgrade/downgrades can only be requested 120 days+ before departure due to the complexities involved.
3. Cruise team will communicate directly with the customer, but replies will come to usual support@ address.
4. CS team can then let Ops know via the original task created for the change request form, what action to take, while CS communicate with the customer.
Requests can still be submitted for review.
The Operations team will review the request and provide a quote.
Rail upgrades cannot be added.
This timeframe does not apply to this add-on.
