Please see below updates when the customer would like to add/remove pre and post tour accommodation even if there is already held flights.

PROCESS

CS WILL CREATE A MANUAL TASK TO FLIGHT MANILA TASK AND REQUEST FOR AMENDMENT OF BOOKING.

Task Name: Booking Assistance | Booking ID | LTTL Request due to added/removed Pre/post tour

Owner: (Who held the LTTL)

Task Content: Requesting for an amendment of LTTL date

2. CS WILL THEN ADD THE CREATED TASK LINK TO LTTL PLAYBOOK OF FLIGHTS

To locate the completed playbook, go to Notes on the Deal Page

3. FLIGHTS WILL THEN AMEND THE LTTL ACCORDING TO THE MOVEMENT OF THE BOOKING (ADDED OR REMOVED PRE /POST TOUR ACCOM)

3. FLIGHTS WILL CLOSE THE TASK AND ADD NOTES IN THE LTTL PLAYBOOK "LTTL AMENDMENT"
