This is your guideline on how to update the Pre/post tour accommodation status for allotment bookings in Perseus.
update as of 6/26/25
CS should only update the status to “Booked” if the booking is confirmed and there is an extension request that is still sitting as “On Request.”
If the booking is still in Pending or not yet confirmed, the status should be left as is. OPS will update it once the booking/component is finalized.
