These accommodations may be offered as an optional add-on or booked independently by the traveler. These can be hotels, resorts, or other lodging options near the tour's starting or ending point.
OUR GUIDELINES
BOOKING TIMELINE & ELIGIBILITY
Pre and post-tour accommodation must be added to the booking no later than 70 days before departure.
The number of nights that can be added varies per package, so always refer to the specific package details before making changes.
Review the Terms & Conditions of the booking and package on the website to determine eligibility.
IDENTIFY THE CORRECT PACKAGE TYPE
Before adding pre/post-tour arrangements, check the Package Type in HubSpot to ensure the correct Accommodation Status is used:
Allotment: Confirmed status
Third-Party & Combination: On Request status
ACCOMMODATION CONFIRMATION PROCESS
Allotment Packages:
The specific hotel will be confirmed in the final travel documents.
If the customer is not satisfied with the assigned hotel, they can arrange their own pre/post accommodation independently.
Third-Party & Combination Packages:
The Operations Team will update the request status from On Request to either Confirmed or Cancelled once they receive an update from the supplier.
FLIGHT-INCLUSIVE BOOKINGS & EXTENSIONS
If a customer has a flight-inclusive booking and extends their stay, any additional cost for flights must be covered by the customer.
Flight costs cannot be pre-quoted—the final cost will be determined when the team processes the departures.
Customers who want flexibility are advised to book Land-Only packages instead.
