We have a new process that will allow customers to book their SCANDINAVIA Hurtigruten Optional tours prior to travel! This replaces the earlier workaround of raising a task to Ops.

HOW DOES IT WORK?
As the optionals are so extensive, a seperate landing page has been created to facilitate information on the tours available (and prices) as well as a booking form. This form will go to the cruise ops agents to then book.

HOW DO WE INFORM THE CUSTOMERS?
The details of this page and how to book will be sent via automated email to travellers (and agents) 28 days after booking is confirmed.

WHAT SHOULD MNL CS DO IF THEY GET ASKED ABOUT THIS?
MNL CS can use the template that has been created which directs customers to the same landing page so they can make their requests and research the available options.

70 days prior to departure date
WHY ARE THE PRICES "FROM" PRICES?
Prices do vary a bit.
Prices are in AUD.
WHAT SHOULD MNL CS DO IF SOMEONE REQUESTS TO CANCEL THE OPTIONAL TOUR?
If someone wanted to cancel the optional tour, we would have to raise it (create a task) to OPS Team to remove it.

WHEN WILL THEY BE PAYABLE?
We need to follow the existing payment process.
If balance is PIF (Pay in Full), then they are PIF at the time of Confirmation/Booking
If tour is payable in future (installment), this is payable 120 days before travel.
