When an Optional Tour have been cancelled by the pax post booking , agents have to remove the addon from the bookings tab.
REMOVING ADDONS POST BOOKING

REMOVE THE ADD-ON
Navigate to the Bookings tab.
Click the "X" next to the add-on.
Click Save to confirm the removal.
UPDATE THE INVOICE STATUS
Change the invoice line status to:
Deleted / Cancelled / Refund Pending (as applicable).
ENSURE PROPER REMOVAL
The cancelled add-on must be removed from the Bookings tab.
Failure to do so will result in the add-on pulling through to the Naming List as booked.
