1. SEARCH FOR THE BOOKING
Go to Perseus and locate the customer's booking.
2. CHECK THE TIMEFRAME
Check the departure date if still within or more than 70 days before the departure date.
If the timeframe is WITHIN/INSIDE 70 DAYS PRIOR TO DEPARTURE, additional add-ons cannot be included as the corresponding icon becomes unclickable.
3. ADD THE OPTIONAL TOURS
Look for the add-on field below the bookings tab.
Click the green button on the right-hand side and select the preferred Optional tours.
We can only add PUBLISHED OPTIONAL TOURS. Refrain from adding NOT PUBLISHED OPTIONAL TOURS as it is no longer available.
4. UPDATE PAYMENT & DUE DATE
Access the Management tab and check the Final Payment Due Date. If it's overdue, update it to today + 2 days.
When on a phone call, process the payment immediately.
For chat/email interactions, inform the customer that the payment is due right away. Remember, the email template already includes this information.
5. SAVE CHANGES
Click Save Changes and the invoice should be updated automatically. If the invoice is not updated, manually update it accordingly.
