My internship site, Ascend Indiana, is a dynamic and innovative organization dedicated to advancing technology and research in the state of Indiana. We are committed to fostering the growth of emerging talent and providing valuable learning experiences through connecting employers and job seekers. As a Research and Development Intern, I will have the opportunity to work alongside experienced professionals, contribute to groundbreaking projects, and gain hands-on experience in a collaborative and creative environment.
I work in an inclusive work space that ensures that all members, including interns are heard and acknowledged. I work closely with Tarah Fettig, Ascend's senior manager of Operations & Talent. Collaboratively, we ensure the company is up to date with software learning materials.
