Chromebook Eduroam Access

Connecting to eduroam on a Chromebook

1. Navigate to https://cat.eduroam.org/?idp=6504 and download the profile onto your Chromebook

2. Connect to chrome://network in your browser

3. Scroll to the bottom of the window and click the "Import ONC file" button

4. Select the eduroam profile downloaded in Step 1

5. Open the available wireless network list on your computer or device.

6. Click the option for Connected to...

7. Select eduroam.

8. Enter the settings for eduroam:

   • EAP method: PEAP

   • Phase 2 authentication: Automatic

   • CA certificate: default OR do not check

   • Identity:

     • username@centre.edu 

   • Password: Centre Password

9. Check the Save identity and password option.

10. Click Connect.
