Terms of Sale

Thank you for choosing Itraaf (Pty) Ltd. Please review our terms of sale carefully, as they outline the conditions governing your purchase.

1. Returns Policy

   We accept returns within *7 days* of the purchase date, provided that items are in their original, unused condition, in sealed packaging, and accompanied by the original invoice. No returns will be accepted after this period.

2. Reporting of Breakages

   Customers must inspect the goods upon receipt. Any breakages or damages must be reported within *1 day* of the sale. Failure to report breakages within this time frame will release Itraaf (Pty) Ltd from any liability for such damages. Additionally, any breakages attributable to the customer or their staff will not be the responsibility of Itraaf (Pty) Ltd.

3. Transfer of Risk

   Risk in the goods passes to the buyer once the goods leave our premises. Itraaf (Pty) Ltd is not liable for any damage that occurs after goods have exited our property, including during transport.

4. No Warranty or Guarantee

   Goods are sold on an "as is" basis with no additional warranties or guarantees unless expressly stated at the time of sale.

Public Liability Waiver Notice

Welcome to Itraaf (Pty) Ltd! For the safety and convenience of all visitors, please be aware of the following important terms and conditions regarding your visit. By entering our premises and utilizing our services, you agree to the following waiver of liability:

1. Damage to Vehicles

   Itraaf (Pty) Ltd is not responsible for any damage to vehicles that may occur on our premises, including but not limited to damages incurred during loading, unloading, parking, or movement within the property. Customers are advised to take all necessary precautions to ensure the safety of their vehicles.

2. Damage or Harm to Person or Property Upon Entry

   Itraaf (Pty) Ltd is not liable for any damage, injury, or harm to any person or property arising from entry to the warehouse premises. For safety reasons, no children are allowed in the warehouse, as heavy ceramic tiles on display can cause injury. Visitors and customers are responsible for their personal safety and the safety of any accompanying persons.

3. Risk and Damage to Goods

   Ownership and risk in the goods transfer to the customer once goods have crossed the entry/exit threshold of the warehouse premises. Itraaf (Pty) Ltd will not be liable for any loss, damage, or deterioration of goods once they have exited our property, including any damage caused by Itraaf staff during handling after the goods have crossed the threshold.
