This team will manage all aspects of the MSME support program - from organizing training workshops and coaching sessions to developing the digital platform and coordinating with partners like NEPC and state governments. The team includes a monitoring & evaluation specialist to track progress against targets, communications staff for stakeholder engagement and media campaigns, and logistics coordinators to handle venue arrangements across Nigeria's six geopolitical zones. With expertise in trade facilitation and sustainable business development, this dedicated team will ensure the project delivers quality training to 470 MSMEs while maintaining strict compliance with UNOPS/GEF-SGP requirements.
