Reflection of Feedback

Reflection

After initial feedback, I felt I had a substantial baseline to improve from. Most of the feedback asked for clarification of how future career goals align to plans of action for each competency development. I feel that I am in a good place in my specific professional career to begin moving towards paths in educational technology. Any future progress made within each competency will only improve my standings for future opportunities.
