GAMES
There are more and more educators adopting ideas derived from game design and game-based learning into our L2 practice, in different ways: commercial games are adapted for language learning materials, elements of games are implemented in L2 materials (gamification), and entire games can be created with L2 principles in mind.
We have collected below some examples of games that are available as OERs for Italian.

Planétes is a micro language-learning tabletop role-playing game (TTRPG) created with the goal of exploring how this type of games could encourage and structure interaction in the target language, and which affordances of tabletop role-playing games are most effective in fostering language learning. In the game, players will create cities and communities and will become Dwellers and Wanderers.
