Recruitment 

* Once you (the prospective pilot or staff member) has filled out an application via the link on our IFC thread or website under the recruitment tab, a staff member will reach out to you via private dm.
*A staff member will then assign you a testing “room” via ClassMarker.com to take the entry exam.
*Once a user completes an application and is messaged on IFC, they will have 1 week to complete the entry exam before the test and application become invalid. If this happens, they will then have to wait 30 days to reapply to ITAV.
*Once a recruit completes the entry exam, and given they pass with a score of 23/30 questions answered correctly or higher, a staff member will then give them an invite to the official ITAV discord server and crew center that is housed on Digital Crew, and ask to choose a callsign.
*Once all this is completed, the recruitee is officially an ITAV pilot and can start flying and filing pireps as a Cadet with the CRJ series, EJets, and DH8D!
*If a recruitee completes the entry exam and gets a score at or below 22/28, their recruitment will be terminated by staff and must wait 30 days to re-apply.
