ITA Virtual Airways was the result of many months of ideas, hardwork, determination and creativity back in the spring of 2024 between our previous CEO Ryan Carney, @United403, @Mort and many others! Over the past two years, our VA has grown and flourished, and we hope to continue this success in 2026!

What makes ITA Virtuak different you may ask? We are the only VA currently in operation on the Infinite Flight platform to represent the country of Italy, and our VA isn’t just ITA Airways, but our two predecessors Alitalia and AirOne! Through our unique operations, we offer over 200 domestic routes and 500+ routes through Europe and the rest if the globe with the help of our 24 amazing codeshares; who’s number continues to grow!

Hello everyone! It is my honor and priveledge to welcome you to ITA Virtual! Since we began operations in June 2024, our operations have grown and changed, but one thing has been steadfast this whole time; my team and I have stayed determined to operate a virtual airline filled with professionalism, kindness, acceptance and to make ITAV the very best version of itself for everyone to enjoy for many years to come!
