How to use authenticator app 

Dear All,

I would like to inform you that Microsoft has sent me an email about updating its security policy for email users ( Screenshot is up here). As a result, some of you may be asked to use an authenticator app for security verification when you log in to your email account. This may not affect everyone, but if you encounter this request, please do not ignore it. You can skip it once or twice by choosing Skip/Later, but after October 10th, you will have to complete the setup. Otherwise, you will not be able to access your email account.
