The Preliminary Round will take place starting from October 2023 to February 2024, a total of five (5) months. The process will be conducted through a point and voting system, which will all accumulate into candidates' [Reputation].

This round's stages are optional and candidates can choose which stages to participate in to accumulate their Reputations.

Simultaneously, a voting system will be implemented. Other than the candidates, audiences, participants, staff and other parties involved in the stages have the right to vote for candidates of their choice onsite. These votes will then be converted to Reputations and counted towards each candidates’ overall score.

At the end of the round, the Top 16 Candidates with the highest reputations will proceed to the next round.
