Registration for All Participants

Please register using the Registration Form.

Registration deadline: July 6, 2026

Students who wish to request travel support and accommodation at the Kashiwa Guest House, should complete the registration form by Friday, June 12, 2026. Please note that, depending on the number of applications, support may be limited to partial coverage.

We sincerely apologize, but accommodation at the Kashiwa Guest House is available to students only. In addition, please note that the number of rooms is limited (10 single rooms). If you wish to stay at the Kashiwa Guest House, please select "Yes" for the question "Would you like to stay at Kashiwa Guest House?".

If you plan to visit more than once, please enter only the date of your first visit and provide the details of any additional visits in the Remarks section.

Social Reception

All participants are welcome to join the social reception with drinks and light refreshments after the poster session.

Those who wish to attend are asked to pay the following fee at the Symposium Reception Desk.

・General: JPY 2,000

・Student: JPY 1,000

If you wish to attend the social reception, please also select "Yes" for the question "Would you like to attend the Social Reception?" on the registration form.
