Oral Presentations
The presenting author must be registered at the workshop
・Contributed oral talks will last 15 min. + 5 min. for questions
・Invited oral talks will last 25 min. + 5 min. for questions
・Plenary lectures will last 45 min. + 5 min. for questions
Note: The recommended format for the slides is 16:9 for all presentations
Poster Presentations
The presenting author must be registered at the workshop
・Poster presentations have been split in the three different sessions. The code assigned to every poster will appear in the book of abstracts, and the same code will be on the poster panel
・Poster should be in A0 format: 84 cm × 119 cm (width × height)
・Authors are invited to include in the poster the Email Adress of the presenting author
・All posters must be hung up in the morning of the poster session and removed at the end of the day
