The Institute of Sathya Sai Education, Philippines (formerly ISSE San Pedro) was inaugurated on 14 December 2000 in the Philippines. It is located in the Casa Del Nino School, San Pedro, Laguna. 

ISSE Philippines is one of the 30 Institutes around the world, and operates as a regional center of excellence on education in Human Values providing diploma courses and short term training for licensed private and public school teachers. ISSE also conducts workshops on Human Values for parents and community. ISSE organizes contests on Human Values with the endorsement of the Department of Education.  

Prior to launching the ISSE, routine large scale contests on a wide range of topics pertaining to Human Values and awareness building exercises were carried out in various parts of the Philippines with the endorsement of the Department of Education. Initial teachers for the Sathya Sai School Pililla were also trained at ISSE Thailand. Subsequent teachers have all been trained here.

ISSE Philippines has provided training programs to several thousand teachers across the Philippines and in various countries in South East Asia and South Asia. These include: certificate courses (80 teachers); Diploma courses (50 teachers); 1-2 day training seminars (8,000 teachers); 1 week intensive courses (500 teachers) for private schools in the Philippines, India, Nepal, Indonesia, and Singapore; and awareness seminars to 200 private school operators and policy makers. The diploma course and training programs at ISSE Philippines are accredited to the Bachelor of Education programs at the Casa Del Nino School systems.

Sathya Sai School, Pililla  was founded on 6 May 2000 in the town of Pililla, Rizal Province, Republic of Philippines. It has a kindergarten and a primary school (up to Grade VI).  The Sathya Sai School Pililla is one of the 39 schools around the world, that provide a holistic framework of inter-personal development for students.
