Timed Based CallerFeel enables MyCustomer to set a particular preset message as his/her CallerFeel status for a fixed time duration. This preset messages provide callers with information regarding the current status of Customer, especially when he or she is not disposed to take phone call.
TIMED BASED CALLERFEEL DESCRIPTION
The below are the seven categories of predefined messages from which MyCustomers can choose from;
Every categories has 3 keywords
For example: In Class category;
“ CL30” to 50016 for 30 mins ( To access all the categories available in 30 mins)
“CL1” to 50016 for 1 hour (To access all the categories available in 1 hours)
“CL2” to 50016 for 2 hour (To access all the categories available in 2 hours)
POINTS TO NOTE
Each message can be set by MyCustomer as status for a defined period of time – 30mins, 1hour or 2hours
The system will automatically reset MyCustomer’s status to the previous message once the stipulated time has elapsed.
MyCustomer will have to send keyword again with a new time if he/she wishes to extend the duration further. The system will ignore the previous timeline and set the new timeline.
MyCustomer can also cancel the preset message by setting a new personal message. The system will cancel the preset message and over-write it with the new personal message.
MyCustomers will be able to access the feature via the SMS and WEB portals. However, service is currently not available via the USSD channel.
