Kindly be informed that consumer customers on Suspension (Soft, Hard and Quarantine) can now make and receive calls from 180.  

1.    Customer on soft suspension (Offer 11000)  can make calls to ONLY 180 and receive from ALL the numbers i.e. 180 and other   numbers

2.    Customer on Hard Suspension (Offer 11001) can make calls to ONLY 180 and receive calls from ONLY 180

3.    Customer on Quarantine (Offer 11002) can make calls to ONLY 180 and receive calls from ONLY 180
