HOW TO CONFIRM LTE ENABLED SIM & SET UP 4G MIFI DEVICE
You can confirm if MyCustomer® is using an LTE enabled SIM(U Sim) on Agility Care by following the steps below.
Step 1: Query the MSISDN on Agility
Step 2: On the Menu list, click on Services
Step 3: From the Sub Menu select Permanent And Supplementary Services
Step 4: On the Permanent Services page, locate LTESERVICE row.
Ø If LTESERVICE VALUE = NO, this means that MyCustomer’s SIM is yet to be upgraded. A SIM SWAP with the USIM PPWB is required.
Ø If LTESERVICE VALUE = YES, this means that MyCustomer’s SIM has been upgraded. Other LTE items (LTEOPERATORBARRING, LTEROAMINGALLOWED, LTEAPNLIST, LTEDEFAULTAPN) will be populated on MyCustomer’s profile. No SIM SWAP is required.
LTESERVICE Value = NO, SIM upgrade required. SIM is not LTE enabled
LTESERVICE Value = YES, SIM upgrade not required. SIM is LTE enabled
MyCustomers® can also check if their SIMs and Devices are LTE enabled by texting 4G to 131.
