Kindly find below, steps that customer should take to recharge their account, pay MTN Postpaid bill and load an over-scratched card on the IVR.
To recharge your account or pay MTN Postpaid Bill:
• Customer dials 180, wait for voice prompt
• Press 2, wait for voice prompt
• Press 1, wait for voice prompt
• Press 1, wait for voice prompt
• Press 1 and customer enters the 17-digit recharge pin followed by the # key.
• System calls out the recharge pin.
• MyCustomer press 1 to continue and wait for voice response after which customer gets feedback and a confirmatory SMS
To Load an Over-Scratched Card:
• Customer dials 180, wait for voice prompt
• Press 2, wait for voice prompt
• Press 1, wait for voice prompt
• Press 2, wait for voice prompt and customer enters the 17-digit recharge card serial number followed by the # key and System calls out the serial number.
• Customer press 1 to continue and wait for voice response.
• Customer enters the recharge card pin and replace the damaged digit with a star followed by the # key and System calls out the recharge pin
• Customer press 1 to continue and enter the phone number he/she wants to load the recharge pin on followed by the # key and System calls out the phone number.
