MyStaff can verify National Identification Number (NIN) link status on CLM by following the steps below:

1. Query MSISDN

2. Select Service tab

3. Select Call details/history

4. Select NIN history tab

5. Select date range customer submitted NIN

6. Click search to view NIN link status, Channel of submission, Customer First Name, Last Name and Date Of Birth.
