We are glad to inform you of the High Value Targeted Acquisition Initiative starting today 21st May, 2021 across ALL our stores pan Nigeria.
What: Following the restriction of SIM registration to only certified centers, we have witnessed high influx of customers visiting our stores with the aim of purchasing and registering SIMS. This foot traffic will not only negate the registration experience but could discourage customers, especially our high value customers from completing their registration within the store.
Why: The proposed activity is designed to achieve:
ü Optimal Customer Experience at point of Joining the Network.
ü Improved acquisition of High Spending Customers.
· What is New: MyCustomer® who plan to avoid Long queues due to the heavy foot traffic, will be required to purchase either a Data plan or an Integrated Bundle (XtraValue) of a minimum of N5,000 or above.
ü Customers that wishes to go for N5,000 and above Data only bundles will be activated on the XtraSpecial plan which has a flat tariff of 15.36k/sec for all national call and to 12 international destinations;
ü While customers who want both Data and Voice will be on N5,000 and above XtraValue plan.
· How does it work:
ü Interested customers will be accorded premium service at our store - without recourse to long queue within the store.
ü The SIM cost or any recommended retail price (RRP) will be waived for customers who purchase the High Value SIM Plan.
We are to communicate the High Value SIM offer and its benefits to MyCustomer® intending to get a new SIM.
