• Platinum/Special Numbers are a range of unique set of MSISDN, i.e. 07025000001, 07062500010 etc.

• Price is still N2500 only, Customer is required to perform chargeable activity of either calls, SMS or data after activation.

• Customer’s NIN must be verified for SIM Registration to be completed.

• All other SIM Registrations process remains Valid.

• The important benefit of having a Platinum/Special Number is that it’s Customer Choice of Number.

The following are steps on how to activate Platinum Number on CLM;

1.    Login to CLM, query MSISDN, go to Quick Links and select Pre-Activation.

2.    System redirect to Prepaid Activation page.

3.    Choose any Mobile Selection Type; Automatic, Manual, Reserved or Pattern based.

4.    For any of the above selection, you will be required to select MTNN under subsidiary, Warehouse under Location then Platinum and Keep my Number under Mobile category.

5.    Choose Number, enter SIM Serial (PPWB) and submit.

6.    Click on “Click here for payment”.

7.    Choose applicable mode of payment, enter comments and click on Submit.

8.    Login to Biosmart Client and select ‘New Registration (MSISDN)’ to complete SIM Registration.
