We are pleased to inform about the on-demand loan service called MTN MoreTime.

The MTN MoreTime service allows customers take airtime and/or data loan at 0% service fee when they run out of airtime. Customers also get additional 400% airtime bonus on airtime loaned ONLY and not on Data BUT will only pay back the face value of the loaned amount on the next recharge.

The MTN MoreTime is available to ONLY Prepaid customers that are eligible for the XtraTime service. To be eligible for MoreTime service MyCustomer® MUST;

1.    Be a Prepaid customer

2.    Have registered your number

3.    Have been on MTN network for more than 6 months

4.    Have spent at least N200 monthly for 6 months

5.    Have between N0 and N75 in your main account

6.    Paid up any outstanding XtraTime  or MoreTime loan request

7.    Have available credit limit

ESCALATION PATH:

Kindly escalate issues on inability to call any of the international destinations via CLM to Escalations & Service Recovery unit with sufficient details on the CLM ticket ID. 

Details include: MSISDN, Type of product, Activation date, Destination called with prefix, Error message, and time Stamp.
