E-Care is an interactive account management tool, which allows postpaid subscribers the ability to manage their CCB Accounts through a web-based interface.
This self-help service will, among other things, allow for postpaid subscribers to add or delete certain products to or from their account profiles, view their account bills online, analyse and have their bill notification sent to their e-mail addresses.
These and other functionalities of the E-Care service will be discussed later in this document.
TARGET MARKET
E-Care is only available to MTN Nigeria postpaid subscribers whose mobile phone numbers are active on the MTN network.
This postpaid subscriber could be a “consumer” who has signed a subscriber agreement putting him on one of the postpaid tariff options; or it may take the form of a “corporate client” that has an account with MTN with numerous MTN cellular users attached to that account.

The benefits to be derived from the use of this service include:
· 24 hour secure online access from any Internet connection to subscriber account information:
· Current and past invoices (up to six months) can be viewed, analysed, downloaded or stored
· Current credit limit status
· Active Postpaid tariff plan
· A convenient method of managing accounts
· Effective means of bill analysis
· A quick and easy way of adding or deleting products and services from the account
· The ability to log a complaint, query or make a request directly from the E-Care service that will go to the MTN Postpaid Helpdesk.
· SMS notification once your bills are ready at no additional costs!
